•     The Inner Circle Arts Society (I.C) is a Black-owned nonprofit arts organization centered on American performance, social justice and equality through art.

•        The organization uses theater, film, and multimedia storytelling as tools for education and change.

​

•     Joachim Moore is the founder, artistic director, writer, actor, director, and producer behind most of the I.C’s visual work.

​

•      The I.C was officially launched as a nonprofit in its first year of operation and is active in multiple  cities.

​

•         The work of I.C has been presented in Palm Springs, Berkeley, New York and Sacramento with continued expansion.

​

•         The company’s roots are in community theater, emphasizing ensemble work and collective growth.

​

•        The I.C’s ensemble is intentionally diverse and family-oriented, reflecting the community values it teaches.

​

•         The organization prioritizes engagement over passive viewing, often involving the audience in performances.

​

•      The  I.C specializes in Found Space Theater, performing in non-traditional venues to meet communities where they are.

​

•      The  I.C believes storytelling, whatever the genre, creates unforgettable experiences that lead to unforgettable life lessons.

​

•         The I.C’s signature Found Space production is MedgarX’nJames, a one-person, three-act tribute to Medgar Evers, Malcolm X, and James Baldwin.

​

•        Other original Found Space works include Nathaniel: The Recorded Story of Nat King Cole, HEART!, and Halas Powyźej.

​

• Joachim Moore is a painter and sculptor as well, teaching students about historical figures in the art game, and documentaries that are tailored to such learning.

•       Joachim Moore created DOCUTheater™ in 2019, a format that merges live theater with documentary film.

​

•        DOCUTheater™ is designed for schools, colleges, and educational groups as an immersive learning tool.

•       The I.C partners with scholars from UCLA, UC Davis, College of the Desert, and the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.​

​

•       Joachim Moore has written approximately 420 original works across theater, film, and poetry.​

​

•     The I.C’s media platform 'All Things Art' is a podcast highlighting artists of all kinds and creative career paths.

​

•     All Things Art fully launches in March as a visual audio/visual podcast focused on inspiration and safe artistic dialogue.

​

•      Talented 10th and Bolt Pack Films is the film company of the Inner Circle Arts Society.

​

•        Talented 10th Films is inspired by W.E.B. Du Bois’ “Talented Tenth” concept of leadership through education and social change.

​​​

• BoltPack was formed by Joachim Moore and Checko Valenti, a title inspired by their favorite football teams.

​

•     Current projects under Talented 10th and BoltPack films include web series, documentaries, and a feature film.

​

•      The I.C is currently self-funded by members while building philanthropic support to expand workshops, food drives, and community programs.
